Bed End Plywood Protectors for Jayco Campers (set of 4)

$22.99
SKU: JBP1
These bed end protectors are designed to make inserting the bed support poles easier and also offer protection to the timber.

Available in two sizes, an 80mm round universal design or a larger 120mm square format.

    80mm Round Design

The 80mm round design is the most popular and universal design suiting all Jayco Camper Trailers. The design offers adequate protection to the timber and easy assembly of the support poles.

    120mm Square design

A larger 120mm square design is available and most popular with owners of trailers which have pre existing plywood damage as the larger design offers a larger cosmetic cover over existing damage.
Before purchasing the larger 120mm design, ensure that there is a adequate room around your bed support brackets for the plate to sit flat.

You can download the template below to print and overlay over the existing brackets to check clearance.

An example is pictured below where the larger design would not suit, as it could not sit flat due to a change in thickness of the plywood too close to the bracket. In this case the 80mm round design is suitable.
