All Suburban Hot Water Systems which have a storage tank will require an anode rod, CaravanMods include your first anode with this heater. The anode's job is to absorb the corrosive action of the heated water. When it comes time to replace your anode be aware that cheap imitation anode rods can cause damage to your Suburban Hot Water System as they might be too long or have the incorrect Thread. Our Genuine Suburban Anode is the correct length and has the correct 3/4" NPT thread to avoid damage! |
