How does it work?
1. If you find one of our eligible products available for sale at a cheaper price, simply email us the below information
- A direct link, screenshot, photo of the pricing
- Your delivery address so we can calculate any postage required
2. Our team will check the validity of the request and crunch some numbers to then offer you the best price which will include any shipping if required.
3. You'll then be supplied with a single use coupon code valid at our online store to enable to the price beat on the appropriate product.
Eligible products
Our price beat guarantee applies only to products which display the price beat guarantee badge. If in doubt email us anyway!
The fine print!
We will not honour a price beat in the below circumstances
1. Competitor cashback or coupon offers, Commercial/wholesale quantities or pricing.
2. If the competitor is out of stock or if it appears the competitor holds their stock outside of Australia.
3. Stock liquidations e.g. clearance sales, distressed stock or goods sold by a business in liquidation.
4. We will not price beat eBay or any other marketplace. This is due to the possibility of marketplace sellers carrying out triangulation fraud.
5. We may limit the quantity to 1 per person, household or shipping address.
6. We may refuse the price beat if we believe the competitor's listing is fraudulent
