Refund policy
What Can be Returned?
- CaravanMods accept returns and refunds for damaged or defective goods
- We have a 14 day change of mind refund policy, all change of mind returns must be in a new, unused, originally sealed and resalable condition.
- All returns must be arranged prior to us receiving the return, please contact us via email at sales@caravanmods.com.au or via the 'contact us' page to arrange your return. Please include as much information as possible to help us process your refund.
What items can not be Returned?
Please ensure you read the product descriptions and understand what you are purchasing. Ensure you measure where appropriate to check a product might fit. We do not accept change of mind returns for
- Our caravan or camper trailer cover range
- Custom made products or products which we've ordered in especially for you.
- Awnings
- Any item which has been fitted, used, marked, damaged, installed or attempted to be installed in any way.
- Any product labelled on the product page as Exdemo or Clearance can not be returned and is sold as is. If purchasing a product which is labelled as exdemo or clearance, please call and ask any questions or request more information if you believe it is needed.
Goods damaged on arrival
If on arrival your item is damaged or defective, please contact us via email (sales@caravanmods.com.au) or the 'contact us' page within 48 hours of receiving the item. You must include a description and photographs of the damage or problem.
Change of mind returns:
Change of mind returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the invoice date, not the delivery date.
All change of mind returns must be made by prior arrangement.
The buyer is required to pay the return postage, this cost will not be refunded.
We can not refund on items we don't receive, it is encouraged that buyers use a tracked postage service.
A 20% restocking fee for change of mind returns is applicable.
Any card processing fees where they are not refundable from the provider are also not refundable
If the product was shipped under a zero cost shipping (free shipping) arrangement the true shipping cost will be deducted from the return.
The product must be in it's original condition to be returned. Our team will inspect the goods upon return, If the product varies from an identical comparison product the return can not be accepted.
All refunds must be processed onto the original form of payment. In the case the original form of payment has been cancelled or no longer available please contact the issuing body i.e. bank to have the refund allocated to your new account.
What if my return is not accepted? It remains the customer's responsibility to collect the product or organise it's collection from our warehouse.
