Tyre Repair Instructions

  • Remove the foreign object. 
  • Insert the rasp tool into the hole and push it in and out a few times to clean the repair area. 
  • Thread the repairing cord into the insertion tool. Ensure equal parts of the cord are on either side of the needle. Push the insertion tool and cord into the repair area. A small amount of cord should remain exposed above the tyre surface. Now remove the insertion tool by slowly pulling up on the handle.  The cord should remain in the repair area.
  • Trim any excess cord protruding from the tyre.
  • Reinflate the tyre and check for any levels.
